LOT 16 | TBF 808F MUFASA 16M
The name Mufasa is associated with kingship, strength, a commanding presence, and this bull was just that - the King of Pen Two during this year’s test. Deep ribbed, big hipped, with the cresty neck of a rooster.
His 80-pound birth weight highlights calving ease, along with a top 5 RFI score makes him your next herd sire!

MARITIME BEEF TESTING SOCIETY
Established in 1966, the Maritime Beef Test Station has been providing breeders with an opportunity to have their bulls in a program that focuses on total performance for nearly 60-years. This approach not only measures gain on-test, but also reports on indicators of reproduction and carcass evaluation.
The Maritime Beef Test Station is a breeder owned co-operative. The Board of Directors consists of representatives from different member breeds, government representatives from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, as well as representatives from each Cattlemen’s Association.
Since the success of the first sale auction in 1974, the Annual Breeding Stock Sale has grown to include primarily Hereford, Angus, Charolais, Limousin, Simmental and Shorthorn bulls, as well as purebred and commercial heifer selections. Bulls remain on test from their arrival in November until Sale Day each April. On site and online bidding is available.
We continue to be proud consignors and supporters of the Maritime Beef Test Station’s Annual Breeding Stock Sale. Below you will find the Thunderbrook bulls most recently consigned and sold through the MBTS.
